1. Memberships
- Essential — $20/mo, month-to-month, cancel anytime.
- Plus — $40/mo, month-to-month, cancel anytime.
- Elite — $60/mo. With complimentary Critter Guard: 18-month commitment (cancel by phone/email). Without Critter Guard: month-to-month, cancel anytime.
2. Benefits & service credit
Elite includes up to $500 per membership year toward PVGuys labor only (service, diagnostics, cleaning labor, repair labor we perform, etc.). Parts, materials, equipment, permits, and third-party fees are NOT included and are billed separately (including manufacturer-level pricing where offered).
3. Elite Critter Guard promo
3.1 Offer
Up to $1,500 credit at $7.00 per linear foot (~214 lf). Credit applies toward the final quoted Critter Guard job (including steep-roof / access adders). Overages billed to customer. No cash value.
Pre-existing pest damage: on signup you may apply Critter Guard credit and eligible $500 labor service credit toward agreed work on the spot. Parts still not included.
3.2 Timing
Aim: install within about 7 days of signup after first successful payment, weather and access permitting.
3.3 Commitment
Elite + Critter Guard = 18 months ($1,080 at current pricing before tax). After month 18, month-to-month. Guards remain on the home.
3.4 Early exit fees (after install)
Before install: no Critter Guard exit fee. After install, cancel by phone/email:

3.5 Home sale
No transfer fee. New owner may pick up Elite where the original owner left off. Contact us to transfer billing.
3.6 Without Critter Guard
Decline the free Guard and Elite is month-to-month with no Critter Guard exit fees — cancel anytime.
4. Upgrades
Plus → Elite anytime. Critter Guard promo and 18-month clock start when Elite with promo begins.
5. Promo codes
First-month free codes from a PVGuys rep apply to the first invoice only. Commitment (if Guard accepted) still starts at signup.
